The Rev. Dr. Mark S. Anschutz is a third-generation Episcopal priest & a native of Washington, D.C. Over the course of his distinguished career in the Episcopal Church, he has served four times as a Deputy to the General Convention & pastored congregations across the country, including St. Luke’s in Worcester, Massachusetts; Christ Church in Alexandria, Virginia; St. James’ on Madison Avenue in New York City; and St. Michael & All Angels in Dallas, Texas.

DIANNE S. BETTS

Dianne C. Betts is a retired financial consultant & spent over two decades with firms like Morgan Keegan & Smith Barney, earning accolades such as the President’s Club Award. Dianne also served as an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University for over 20 years, including participation in the SMU-at-Oxford program. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin & a master’s degrees from the University of Chicago & SMU. Dianne has published extensively on economic history / cultural studies & has served as a FINRA Arbitrator since 2014.

DR. WILLIAM CHIN

Dr. William Chin is the Bertarelli Professor of Translational Medical Science & Professor of Medicine Emeritus at Harvard Medical School (HMS). He was former Executive Vice President for Science & Regulatory Advocacy & Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at Pharmaceutical Research & Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), where he led PhRMA’s continuing efforts in science & regulatory advocacy in the drug discovery & development ecosystem. Prior to PhRMA, his roles included the Executive Dean for Research at HMS & Senior Vice President for Discovery Research & Clinical Investigation Eli Lilly & Company.

MARY ELIZABETH DALY

Mary Elizabeth Daly is a seasoned foreign policy leader with expertise in European & security affairs, democracy, Congressional affairs, & human rights. At the U.S. Department of State, she serves as Senior Advisor on Holocaust issues. She spearheaded the U.S.-Germany Bilateral Dialogue on Holocaust Issues & the Best Practices for the Washington Principles on Nazi-Confiscated Art, & advanced property restitution agreements in several countries. She served as Chief of Staff for the Afghan Relocation Efforts, revitalized the Franklin Fellows Program & managed the 2,000-page International Religious Freedom Report. Mary’s diplomatic career includes key roles in Dublin, The Hague & Rome, advancing U.S. policy on NATO, counterterrorism & peace processes. Fluent in multiple languages, Mary is a Yale- & University of Virginia-educated professional, recognized with numerous awards for her impactful work.

Alastair Green is a Senior Partner in the Washington office of McKinsey & Company, where he leads the firm’s global Infrastructure practice. He advises the world’s leading infrastructure investors, technology companies & public institutions on their most complex infrastructure challenges ranging from green energy generation & transit systems, to lower-cost healthcare & housing.

STEPHEN HUMPHREY

VICE-CHAIR AND SECRETARY

Steve Humphrey is a senior partner & chair of the law firm Cameron LLP in Washington, DC, where he represents U.S. & global companies in registering & protecting trademarks, brand management, licensing & related litigation. Steve is Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Virginia Theological Seminary & General Theological Seminary of New York, the  largest Episcopal seminaries training people for the priesthood. He is also a trustee of the Christ Church, Alexandria, Virginia Foundation. Steve is one of the founders of Mengo Hospital Partners (MHP).

DIANE R. K. OSAN, FAIA MEMBER EMERITA a

BOARD MEMBER

Diane R. K. Osan, FAIA, is a nationally recognized architect specializing in healthcare design, particularly for children’s hospitals. A Fellow of the American Institute of Architects & a founding member of the American College of Healthcare Architects, she led the pediatric healthcare design practice at CannonDesign, where she delivered innovative, healing environments for institutions, such as Boston Children’s Hospital & Texas Children’s Hospital. Her work earned multiple honors, including Business Week’s "Good Design is Good Business" award. Diane has also served on boards for FKP Architects, CannonDesign & Healthcare Design Magazine, leaving a lasting impact on healthcare design & mentorship.

WITNEY SCHNEIDMAN

Witney Schneidman has nearly 40 years of experience working across sub-Saharan Africa. Drawing on his experience in the State Department, the World Bank, think tanks, his own consulting practice & chairing the Africa practice at Covington & Burling LLP, Witney, a non-lawyer, has advised energy, technology, consumer & health companies, among others, on projects in more than 30 African countries. He has also served as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for African affairs & on the Africa advisory committees in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative & the U.S. Export-Import Bank. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Southern California, an M.A. from the University of Dar es Salaam & B.A. (Cum Laude) from Temple University.

ALEX WILSON

BOARD MEMBER

Alex Wilson has over 25 years of experience designing, implementing, & sustaining international humanitarian programs. Currently, he is the Director of Philanthropy at the International Rescue Committee, where he leads a team to build relationships & secure resources to help people affected by humanitarian crises, including the climate crisis, to survive, recover & rebuild their lives. Prior to the IRC, Alex led fundraising efforts at CBM International to support people with disabilities in crisis-affected countries, in particular the provision of inclusive eye health care & programming to tackle Neglected Tropical Diseases.

DR. NATHAN KIBWAMI

PROJECT MANAGER

Dr. Nathan Kibwami is a registered Professional Quantity Surveyor (No. 166) & an accomplished academician with over 15 years of experience in construction cost management, project management & sustainability assessment. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering (Construction Project Management) from the University of Leeds, an MSc in Land Management (Built Environment) from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden (KTH) & a First-Class Honors BSc in Building Economics from the University of Dar Es Salaam. Dr. Kibwami is a Fellow & former President of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda, where he currently serves as an Adviser to the Governing Council. He is also a member of the Standards Setting Committee for International Cost Management Standards (ICMS). Renowned for his analytical expertise, meticulous attention to detail & leadership in the field, Dr. Kibwami is dedicated to advancing excellence in construction & project management.
